Learn the benefits of HypnoBirthing to guide you during pregnancy and childbirth. 5 weekly lessons of relaxation, breathing techniques, partner involvement and so much more. ~Class and payment is per couple

*Deposits are required to reserve your space and are non refundable unless given 2 weeks notice of cancelation. *To reschedule please give at least 3 days notice. *Payments and deposits for workshops will be refunded if less than 4 participants register.
